Class size is limited. Preregistration is required, and fees are nonrefundable unless the Museum cancels the class. Call 215-235-SHOW to register.

Museum teachers guide children through fun and informative experiences in the galleries followed by hands-on projects in the studios. Children in Ages 3–5 classes must be accompanied by an adult (who attends free) for the gallery visit portion of the class. All children must be toilet trained. No experience is necessary, and all materials are supplied.

​Immerse yourself in South Asian art and discover the diverse cultures of past and present as revealed through new digital interactives. Vivid photographs and videos bring objects to life in the newly reimagined galleries. Learn about the research and design process behind creating these interactives from the curatorial and interpretation staff that worked on this exciting endeavor.​

E xplore an extraordinary moment in the history of modern art, one fueled by cultural and political revolution. Paint the Revolution: Mexican Modernism, 1910–1950 tells the story of this exhilarating period through a remarkable range of images, including masterpieces by Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Frida Kahlo, and Rufino Tamayo. Join us for this special educator preview which will include tours with exhibition curators Matthew Affron and Mark Castro, a hands-on activity with artist Marta Sanchez, and "In the Artist's Voice," a conversation between Jane Golden, founder of the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, and mural artist José Parlá.​
