Tickets for most exhibitions, programs, and events are available for advance and same-day purchase . General admission tickets are available for same-day purchase in the Museum only. For gift giving, general admission passes are available through the Ticket Center and in person at the Museum.
At the Museum
To purchase tickets and make reservations in person, visit the East or West Entrance Visitor Services desks during regular Museum hours.
By Phone
To purchase tickets or make reservations by phone, call the Museum's Ticket Center open Daily 9:00am to 5:00pm., at (215) 235-SHOW (7469).
A service charge of $2.50 per ticket for members and $3 per ticket for nonmembers will be applied; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Online
You can order tickets and make reservations online anytime, day or night. Programs with the

symbol provide a link to web ticket sales.

Mail and Will Call
Tickets ordered by phone or online 10 days or more in advance of the event date will be sent via first-class mail. Tickets ordered less than 10 days in advance will be held at Will Call, available for pick-up at any Visitor Services desk during regular Museum hours with customer validation and a confirmation number.
Customer Confidentiality
All customer information provided during sales is securely stored for completion of sale and reporting. Customer address information may be used for future mailings and offerings unless otherwise requested.
Ticketing Policy
All ticket sales and reservations are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In the event of a Museum closing or cancellation of a program, customer ticket orders will be rebooked or refunded.
