    Sold by Maison Verdé-Delisle Frères et Cie (Compagnie des Indes), based at 94, rue Royale, in Brussels, and at 80, rue Richelieu, in Paris. Lace in this pattern designed by Alcide Roussel was exhibited at the Paris Exhibition of 1867. The design was also manufactured in two other techniques--black bobbin lace, made at Bayeaux, and Brussels appliqué lace (bobbin and needle lace on tulle). Dilys E.
