LabelIn 1835 the Pennsylvania Assembly voted to incorporate the Tucker and Hemphill Factory as the American Porcelain Company. Thomas Tucker continued to manage the new concern, which produced the same porcelain wares as before, with few stylistic changes, until its closing in 1837.
