This straw hat, a variation on the bicorne with an upturned two-cornered silk velvet brim and extravagant ostrich feather trim, was made in about 1918 by the Paris milliners J. Suzanne Talbot, who trained many of the great milliners, including Lilly Dache and Jeanne Lanvin. Dilys E.
