(Emanuel Jay) Rousuck of Wildenstein & Co., through whom the Wrights purchased other works in their collection. Supporting this assumption is the cataloguing by the Wright estate appraiser, Carroll Hogan (copy in curatorial file), which indicates that the Wrights purchased the painting from the Parke-Bernet sale. 4.
