Learn the history of cidermaking and enjoy samples of the hard stuff from different cider-makers at six historic houses in Fairmount Park. Program begins at Cedar Grove and includes bus transportation to Laurel Hill, Lemon Hill, Mount Pleasant, Woodford Mansion, and Strawberry Mansion.

On Wednesdays in October, the Great Stair Hall Balcony is transformed into an Oktoberfest beer garden. Local craft brews are perfectly paired with either a large Bavarian pretzel or a bratwurst. Beer flights and signature noshes available at a discounted rate when purchased in advance.
