Please read the following important information regarding charter buses:

• This year, buses transporting students from area campuses may use either the West Entrance or the East Entrance for drop-off and pick-up.
• Please note: The Eakins Oval is open to traffic, so buses may not sit in front of the Museum. This is for drop-off and pick-up only. The lane in front of the Art Museum can accommodate about 10 buses at one time, so please have your drivers keep this in mind when they are trying to pull up in front of the Museum. They may need to circle the Eakins Oval until a spot is available.
• Buses that need to park for the day may do so at the Philadelphia Parking Authority lot, under the Ben Franklin Bridge.
