Visiting an exhibition in person is a much richer experience than visiting online. Read the thoughts and impressions left by others during the run of the Calder Jewelry exhibition.

I thought that this jewelry was breathtaking and remarkable. I was deeply inspired by some of the most simple work. I now want to be a great artist that majors in metals and jewelry. Thank you for letting me write this comment. I feel like a new woman.

i think your guards are underpaid and overworked. they really are very hard and good courteous workers.

I liked the art a lot. It had a sort of... African vibe to it and was very pretty. I especially liked his interpretation of the animals, specifically the ones that were letters at the same time. His pieces that were dedicated to Joan Miro were really pretty too.

The jewelry is magnificent. It was entrancing and very interesting. We enjoyed seeing the crown's and tiara's as well as the flower necklaces and the big dangler. We are students of jewelry and wish we possessed the talent to make such beautiful pieces. =)

I appreciated the commentary that included his relationships with his friends and other artists so we could see how his jewelry fit into those friendships.

S-Very impressive! Some of it looks quite awkward to wear, though.R-Needs more glitter!

I wish I could just wear every piece of his jewelry at once, like a big furry metal coat. I don't think it would be all that heavy, but very impressive indeed.
