Visiting an exhibition in person is a much richer experience than visiting online.

The general public saw Cubist artworks for the first time at that annual exhibition in Paris, what are your reactions to these paintings and sculpture nearly a century later? What was your favorite gallery in the exhibition and why? Which works of art impressed you the most and the least?

FANTASTIC EXHIBIT. NEED TO IMPROVE FLOW AND REDUCE CROWDED ROOMS WHICH TAKES AWAY FROM THE EXPERIENCE

I am a great lover of the art, Picasso, the avant-garde, and the sort. Seeing all the familiar artists and the pieces is always a pleasure. On the other hand, I really am not sure why this exhibit was created. Most of the works are from the museum collection. Ok, given, they were put into perspective with explanations and an audio tour. I think it was a rip off. There are thousands of people in front of every painting that can be seen on a regular basis, I only noticed a few paintings from the private collections mixed in with the regular collection. And I traveled from NYC.What exactly was the purpose of this one?

The gallery showed one of the most abstract and amazing exhibition i have ever seen. The vibrant and intense colors made each painting stick out and be unique in its own special way. Thank you for bringing the Pablo Picasso exhibit to the Philadelphia Art Museum, it was the greatest of all of the exhibits in the past year!

I enjoyed the exhibition. The only complaint that I have, is that the ventilation/air conditioning system was not adequate at times.

THE EXHIBITION WAS SUBTLY MOVING, PROFOUND, INSISTENT, PULSATING WITH ENERGY. I WAS PARTICULARLY MOVED IN THE TERRACOTTA COLOURED ROOM, SEATING ON THE POUF, FEELING THE PAINTINGS CONVERGE AROUND ME. I AM PROUD THAT OUR MUSEUM OWNS SO MANY IMPORTANT, INTERCONNECTED PIECES. THANK YOU FOR ARRANGING THIS SHOW FOR US.

this was an amazing exhibit that showed a lot of Picasso's pieces. i was upset to not see more of his works during the Spanish civil war which is when his mind was really flowing. beautifully done
