Visiting an exhibition in person is a much richer experience than visiting online. Leave a comment to share your thoughts and impressions with others about Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus.

I enjoyed the Rembrandt and the Faces of Jesus very much. I felt that the audio information was very helpful in explaining the context of the key exhibit items in a clear and concise manner.

The gallery is and was amazing. The oil painting of the " Supper at Emmaus" was spectacular in it's composition and its use of lighting to direct the eye. BREATH TAKING!

Looking at the "drawings" you wonder at what Rembrandt was able to do just by drawing little black lines with a pen. And then you realize he wasn't drawing - he was carving or drawing onto a plate, which is backwards and 1-2 stages removed from the final. Incredible. And the dark-haired Jesus paintings showcase His physical and spiritual beauty.
