The show demonstrates the world of the unknown artist. One does not need formal training or education to readily express their ideas. Kudos to the Bonovitz family for sponsoring the exhibit.

The most evocative and exciting exhibit in the whole city for years- truly wonderful. The audio was better than most, but I, for one, would love a music option on audio to block out surrounding noise and allow me to look at each object at my own pace.

I LOVED this exhibit and the audio box to explain it!! I went to a similar "Outsider"art exhibit in another state, but this one stands out. Again, I think the audio box helps to highlight these most unusual and fascinating artists and their work. Thank You, Cherie

As a practicing art therapist, I found this exhibition important, educational, as well as inspirational! Many people do not know of outsider art and how art can be healing to those outside of the "art world," as well as a way to convey the artist's unique way of being in the world. These pieces were a perfect example of that. I always enjoy the exhibitions here, as they are well laid out and very informative. Thank you!

When does an "Outsider" become an "Insider"? I think we get too hung up on schools, conventions, and "isms". Art can just be Art, too.Once this collection is gifted to the museum, how will these works be exhibited?

great art work. this was my first time being in this building and it took my breath away. not only from the jog to get to the top just to see it ,but the artwork,to be specific.

I enjoy this art and it will be passed on forever. The comment that the art brings to me is that whenever I see this art, I feel like remaking the art into something peaceful if a piece of art is dull.

Outsider or not, there needs to be greater representation of women artists, especially true for this exhibit!

What a waste of time this exhibition is. There are so many worthy artists struggling to be known and PMA wastes our time and energy on this terrible assemblage. You know it is because they are getting a lot of money from the doners. This show has absolutely nothing to do with aesthetics.

We found this exhibit extremely interesting. It was amazing to see how "outsider's" art turned out so wonderful and different than most others. Everything in here was unique and fascinating. We're glad our Art Club decided to come here on this trip.

Just saw a bug. Kind of disturbing. Anyways, this exhibit was very interesting. I very much enjoyed the phone with ear pieces to teach me about the artists who were displayed. So far, i have enjoyed this museum. It's my first time in it and here have been a lot of exhibits that struck my interest. I will definitely be returning. HAVE A GOOD DAY! :D

Outsider is an insulting term....THese are masterworks by self-taught artists. THey were parts of their communities and to marginalize them with such a title is unfortunate. The show is wonderful.....why ruin it with a ridiculous title
