Corporate Entertaining

The Philadelphia Museum of Art provides Corporate Partners with spectacular settings and entertaining options throughout the calendar year, with exclusive opportunities during premier Special Exhibitions, discounts, and the first choice of available dates to entertain during the holiday season. Access to the facilities is based on the level of partnership, and distinctive party favors are available as reminders of your special event.

In the Main Building, the Museum can offer an unforgettable gala reception in the Great Stair Hall, a formal dinner on the East Balcony, or an exclusive gathering in one of its galleries or period settings. Other venues include the glorious, newly reopened Ruth and Raymond G. Perelman Building, with its skylit galleria, a historic marble entry hall, and an outdoor terrace; as well as the exquisite Rodin Museum, home to the largest collection of Auguste Rodin’s works outside of Paris.

Business meetings and presentations can be accommodated in the spacious Van Pelt Auditorium or comfortable Seminar Room (which are equipped with audio-visual capabilities).

Unfortunately, private social functions are not permitted at the Museum. These include weddings, wedding receptions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthday parties, etc.
