Enchanted Forest Family Party

Every fall for the past decade, hundreds of families have gathered at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for a family-friendly carnival including scavenger hunts, live music, dancing, performances, craft projects, kid-friendly gallery tours, face-painting, and much more. The Enchanted Forest Family Party is a wonderful way for children, parents, and grandparents to kick-off the holiday season while enjoying together the treasures of the Museum and raising funds to support the Museum’s award-winning educational programs.

For more than 75 years, the Philadelphia Museum of Art has made it a priority to integrate art into the lives of young people. For the past decade, the Enchanted Forest Family Party has raised crucial funds to support the Museum’s nationally and internally recognized Division of Education. Today, the Museum's educational and community outreach programs reach more than 100,000 children and families annually. Tomorrow belongs to the youngest Enchanted Forest revelers and, most importantly, the millions of young people the Museum will delight, inspire, and transform in coming years. All proceeds of the Enchanted Forest Family Party benefit education and family programs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

After celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Enchanted Forest in fall 2006, the Museum will continue the tradition in fall 2008.
