A variety of papers document several subjects, including the amendments to the agreement made between the Museum and the Commission. Several files of correspondence deal with the restoration and conservation of paintings in collections that, although maintained in the Museum, belonged to the City; namely, the Elkins (George W. and William L.), Wilstach and McFadden art collections.
