Insurance information, condition reports, and loan records, along with associated correspondence, are restricted; excerpts may be made available at the discretion of the Archivist. Because of their condition, documents in the "Restricted Fragile Papers" may only be consulted with permission of the Archivist; preservation photocopies and copy prints for reference use have been substituted in the main files.Use Restrictions
