Scope and Content Note

Francesco Clemente's works on paper are the subject of this extensive survey curated by Ann Percy, Associate Curator of Drawings, and exhibited at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Wadsworth Atheneum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art , and the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Exhibition records are divided into initial planning documents, subject files, meetings and correspondence, travel records, lender information, object files, installation photography, a variety of research and reference files, and catalogue and bibliography files. Bulk dates: 1988-1991
