Why are there two invoices? We send out two invoices for most requests. The first is a Purchase/Rental invoice for the purchase or rental of images and is due immediately. The second is a reproduction invoice that covers usage fees/ reproduction fees and is due upon publication of the image. You may pay both invoices at once, or choose to wait until publication is final before paying the reproduction invoice (this is a good option if the project may be cancelled or delayed). I ordered images, but now my project has been cancelled/ the image has been cut, what are my options?
In the event that CDs, color transparencies, or black and white prints obtained are not used for any reason, including the postponement or cancellation of projects, the Purchase/ Rental invoice must be paid in full. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept a check drawn on a US bank, bank transfer/ direct deposit into our account (see below), or a credit card payment. When do I need to return my transparency?
Transparencies are rented for a 3 month period. If an extension is needed, please call or email, otherwise, a $40 late fee is attached for each month overdue. I ordered a high-resolution digital, why did I receive a print as well?
Prints are meticulously color matched to the original artwork and are provided to you at no charge. Please utilize them or send them to your printer in order to achieve the best color match in your reproduction. Do I need to return the CD?
You may keep the CD, but please note that permission is only granted for the use in your original request. You must obtain a new permission for all future uses. I ordered a black and white print, why did I receive a CD?
We are in the process of scanning and archiving our black and white film negatives. If the image requested has already been scanned, you will receive the image on CD for the same price. A print is provided for reference, but please use the digital file for reproduction. For more information, please e-mail Rights & Reproductions at .
