Sandwich Buffet

Assorted sandwiches include: roasted turkey, gruyere, green apple, and cranberry mustard on a Tuscan roll; roast beef, horseradish mayonnaise, and watercress on an onion brioche; and grilled portobello mushroom, red pepper hummus, smoked mozzarella cheese, and crisp romaine lettuce on an olive focaccia. Buffet also includes; mesclun salad with chef's choice of dressings, pasta salad, sliced seasonal fruit, and fresh baked cookies. Beverages include bottled water, assorted soft drinks, regular and decaffeinated coffee, and herbal and imported teas.

An elegant dining experience featuring a selection of entrées to be chosen at the time of confirmation. French-cut chicken breast, herb-crusted salmon, Maryland crab cakes, or rosemary-infused filet of beef tenderloin are available, as is a vegetarian alternative of ratatouille-stuffed tomato with a tomato coulis and basil oil. All entrées include the chef's special salad and soup du jour, selected breads, and are accompanied with portobello mashed potatoes and baby carrots. A special chef's selection is served for dessert. Beverages include soft drinks, coffee, and iced tea.

All other menus require a minimum of 15 guests. Bottled beverages, beer, and wine are available at an additional charge. Private room fees may apply.
