Philadelphia's Fairmount Park contains some of the greatest treasures of the colonial period, including seven eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century houses that were once the country homes of the city’s most eminent citizens. Two of these impeccably restored and furnished homes are administered by the Philadelphia Museum of Art—Mount Pleasant and Cedar Grove. A variety of year-round tours highlighting the history of the Fairmount Park Houses are available for groups to go back in time and experience the architectural and decorative styles that exemplified the good life in America's earliest years.

Group Admission and Tour Rates:
$8 per person per house

Prices are per person for groups of 15 people or more and must be booked at least one month in advance. Rates are subject to change. Park House tours are for groups traveling by motorcoach. A Museum-trained step-on guide is provided.

Other unique tours include the Schuylkill Stroll, Fairmount Water Works Tour, and off-site Slide Lectures. Call to learn more about these special group options.
