Accessible Programs help people with disabilities enjoy their visit to the Museum and find inspiring connections between the visual arts and their lives. Visitors may explore the Museum on their own, on regularly scheduled tours with a Museum Guide, or may request a personalized tour. There are art-making programs for blind adults and for people from mental health communities. Individuals unable to visit in person can experience the collections through a telephone conference call, an art history course from home, or a slide lecture for groups at their community site.
