Saar views herself as both conjurer and recycler as she inventively explores mystical subjects in her multimedia collages and assemblages. The artist is fascinated by the remnants of memories stirred by found materials, fragments of relics, and ordinary objects, as well as signs and symbols that elicit emotions relating to identity.
