Communicating stories across cultures, Hispanic and Latinx artists are finding new ways to be creative. This year for Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month, we want to shed a special light on the diversity within Hispanic and Latinx communities, which adds to the richness of Philadelphia. Various identities, ethnicities, and communities contribute to Hispanic and Latinx artistic expression, and we’re committed to ensuring that all stories have a space to be shared.

We’re excited to collaborate with Cindy Lozito, a Philly-based illustrator, muralist and cartoonist, and others as we celebrate storytellers and creatives. We invite you to join us at the museum for our public events and programs to explore how Hispanic and Latinx stories come alive through art.
