Museum teachers guide children through fun and informative experiences in the galleries followed by hands-on projects in the studios.

Children in Ages 3–5 classes must be accompanied by an adult (who attends free) for the gallery visit portion of the class. All children must be toilet trained. No experience is necessary, and all materials are supplied. Class size is limited. Preregistration is required, and fees are nonrefundable unless the Museum cancels the class.

Please note that tours are weather dependent and will not take place in excessive heat or rain. Moderate walking is involved.

Set at the terminus of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the views of and from the Philadelphia Museum of Art are justifiably renowned. Join the Park House Guides to tour the East Terrace for an informative and fun hour as they explore the magnificent architecture and outdoor sculpture of the Museum. Discover the building's fascinating history and delight in the wealth of details that adorn this classically inspired building making it a uniquely beautiful part of Philadelphia’s urban landscape.

Location: 1808 W Tioga St, Philadelphia, PA 19140

This procession is to draw attention to the need for the permanent lighting of the underpasses in the Nicetown-Tioga neighborhood. Community members will join the Alumni Ex-Offenders Association in illuminating the resilience in the community while bringing hope, light, and possibility for permanent change. The lighting of the bridges will be created in partnership with the Illuminator Collective.
