Join us for a session of Museum Mindfulness focused on Greek and Roman mythology. Megan Bridge leads gentle, mindful movement inspired by artworks of mythological figures, including Venus. Megan is an internationally touring performer, choreographer, and teacher based in Philadelphia. She has taught annual intensive movement for healing workshops at FringeArts and Studio 34 in Philadelphia for the last several years, and she is a certified Group Motion Workshop facilitator. Her research centers around presence and consciousness in the living body. Museum Educator Julia Erdosy leads slow looking. This session is free after museum admission.
