A painting can be a portal, or an opening, to explore ourselves and others more clearly. Noah Davis’s paintings offer us a glimpse into how the mundane actions of everyday life can be fantastical. Through breathwork, embodied movement, and relational mindfulness practices, facilitator jean-jacques gabriel guides you through an exploration of tenderness.

Come for one or all three workshops.
