This bronze Juno and its companion figure of Jupiter (see link above) are known in only one other pair, which is at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, England. In its composition, the Jupiter shows the artist's youthful style of the 1690s. The Juno--in Piamontini's mature manner--was created some years later as a pendant to the Jupiter. Although the models were created years apart, these two bronzes were cast at the same time.
