Flowerpot Stand with Lotus Blossoms

Artist/maker unknown

Image 1 of 51 / 5

This flowerpot stand, a good example of a nonfood container, is carved with an elaborate openwork design that suggests lotus blossoms growing in a pond. The open top allows for water drainage.
