Child's Mouseketeer Cap

The Mickey Mouse Club, a television variety show for children that premiered in 1955, featured adult hosts and talented children called "Mouseketeers" who sported mouse-eared caps. The show's devoted fans-including the donor of this cap-also adopted the headgear, which soon became a Disney trademark.
