This drinking vessel shows the double eagle of the Holy Roman Empire. The fifty-six shields represent the constituent parts of the Empire. On the back are the words Das heilige Römische Reich mit Sampt Seinen Gliedern / 1651 (The Holy Roman Empire with all its members / 1651).
