Early-Nineteenth-Century Traveler

Dox Thrash

American, 1893 - 1965

The identity and nationality of this elegant young gentleman have yet to be established. The style of his clothes and the architecture of the city in the background indicate that he was probably an early-nineteenth-century traveler in the Near East who came from Europe or the Americas.
